Community access is $99/month after the initial 6 months if you choose to continue. Most operators find the community plus Otto covers everything they need.

Agent restart failures, integration token refreshes, workflow logic errors, scheduling conflicts, and most runtime exceptions. Otto resolves roughly 85% of issues without human intervention.

AppleCare is pre-configured on every TabTab. Take it to any Apple Store or mail it in. Your software configuration is backed up — once Apple returns the hardware, we restore your TabTab remotely.

The Telegram group gives you direct async access to the team. For dedicated 1-on-1 sessions, we offer consulting blocks at $200/hour — but most operators never need them.

The founders are US-based (CT timezone) and typically respond within a few hours during business days. Other operators in the group often help faster — it's a real community, not a support ticket queue.
