Terms of service.

By purchasing a TabTab node or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you are purchasing on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use our services.

TabTab sells sealed hardware nodes preloaded with open-weight AI models and the Paperclip orchestration layer. Each node is configured for a single company. You own the hardware. You own your data. The software stack (Paperclip, Obsidian, Graphify) is licensed under their respective open-source licenses.

All prices are listed in USD. A 20% deposit is required at the time of order. The remaining balance is due before shipment. Payments are processed by Square. We never store your card details. Prices may change at any time but confirmed orders are honored at the quoted price.

Nodes are built to order. Current lead time is approximately 2 weeks from deposit. We ship sealed, Tailscale-joined, and SSH-disabled. Standard shipping is included within the continental United States. Setup assistance is available via our AI Readiness consultation.

All data on your TabTab node belongs to you. We have no access to it. We cannot remotely view, modify, or delete anything on your device. There is no telemetry, no call-home, no cloud sync unless you explicitly configure external integrations. You are solely responsible for backing up your data.

You agree not to use TabTab nodes to:

• ▸Generate content that violates applicable law
• ▸Process data you do not have the right to process
• ▸Circumvent the sealed configuration to export models or weights in violation of their licenses
• ▸Resell, lease, or sublicense the hardware without written permission
• ▸Use the system to harm, harass, or defraud others

Hardware is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, unauthorized modifications (including unsealing the node), or normal wear and tear. Software is provided as-is under its respective open-source licenses.

Deposits are non-refundable once the build process has begun. If you cancel before your node enters the build queue, we will refund your deposit in full. Defective units will be replaced or repaired at our discretion within the warranty period.

TabTab provides hardware and pre-configured software. We are not responsible for the outputs generated by AI models running on your node, decisions made based on those outputs, or any consequential damages arising from the use of the system. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of your node.

TabTab nodes include open-source software licensed under Apache 2.0, MIT, and other permissive licenses. These components are provided under their original license terms. A full list of included packages and their licenses is available on each node at /system/licenses.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of our products and services after changes constitutes acceptance. We will not retroactively change terms for existing purchases.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
