Terms of service.

By signing up for or using TabTab, you agree to these terms. If you are signing up on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

TabTab is an operating system for opening and running companies. Each Tab is a company. Plans cover the OS, the agent seats, the included frontier-inference budget, and the included hosting. Standard models are unmetered. Budget models are always free. Frontier inference and hosting are metered above the included monthly budget. You own every Tab — the domain, the code, the customer list, the data.

All prices are listed in USD. Plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance. Yearly plans bill for the full term and represent two months of savings versus monthly. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your card details. Prices may change for new orders, but confirmed plan periods are honored at the quoted price.

You may open unlimited Tabs. Free and budget models run unmetered. Frontier inference and hosting are metered against your plan's included budget. Above that budget, you pay actual passthrough plus a small handling fee. Tabs pause before they overspend. The meter is visible in every Tab.

Data created by your Tabs — customer lists, conversations, code, files — belongs to you. You can export at any time. We process this data on your behalf to run the OS and the agents you configure. We do not sell, rent, or share your business data with third parties for marketing.

You agree not to use TabTab to:

• ▸Generate content that violates applicable law
• ▸Process data you do not have the right to process
• ▸Send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or messages at scale
• ▸Build companies that defraud, deceive, or harm consumers
• ▸Resell or rebrand the OS without written permission

TabTab is provided as a hosted service. We target 99.9% uptime for the OS plane. Downstream provider outages (model APIs, hosting, payment rails) may briefly affect specific capabilities. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance wherever feasible.

Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time and end at the close of the current billing period. Yearly plans may be cancelled at any time; pre-paid time is non-refundable except where required by law. On cancellation, Tabs stop running at the end of the paid term and your data exports as a clean bundle.

TabTab provides software and infrastructure. We are not responsible for the outputs generated by agents running on your Tabs, decisions you make based on those outputs, or consequential damages arising from your business. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use of TabTab after changes constitutes acceptance. We will not retroactively change pricing on a pre-paid term.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, California.
