What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Paste it as-is. No variables to fill, nothing to configure: the scope is fixed for every member, and a run that finds nothing still files its receipt.
Track lemon law and vehicle title rules in the United States. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: state lemon law changes to coverage, presumption periods, mileage limits, repair attempt counts, arbitration and attorney fee rules with effective dates; manufacturer buyback, arbitration and goodwill program changes; title washing, salvage, rebuilt, flood and branded title rule changes and NMVTIS updates; odometer tampering enforcement actions and settlements; dealer disclosure, as-is, cooling-off and spot delivery rule changes and enforcement; extended warranty and service contract enforcement with refunds; vehicle history report changes at Carfax and AutoCheck; and NHTSA recalls with buyback or repurchase remedies. Prefer state legislatures and attorneys general, state DMVs, NHTSA, the FTC, manufacturer program pages, court documents and established automotive reporting; ignore law-firm marketing and unverified complaints, and never give individual legal advice. Put the state, manufacturer or rule first in the title and state what an owner can demand. Use high severity for a lemon law expansion, a recall with a repurchase remedy for a top-selling model, or a flood title rule after a major storm. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it affects, what to do, the date, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
Your first run on the schedule starts it. Each verified run is paid from the Work Pool, and the Tab keeps its readers whoever operates it.
