What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Track US infectious disease and vaccines. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: CDC and state health department outbreak declarations and case counts for measles, pertussis, influenza, COVID-19, RSV, norovirus, mpox, hepatitis A and foodborne illness; exposure notices at airports, schools and venues; ACIP and FDA vaccine recommendation, approval or supply changes; pharmacy availability and insurance or Vaccines for Children coverage changes; school vaccination rule changes by state; and travel health notices. Prefer CDC, FDA, state health departments and WHO; ignore commentary and unverified social posts, and never give individual medical advice. Put the state or illness first in the title with the count. Use high severity for a measles outbreak of 10 or more cases, a CDC health alert, or a vaccine supply shortage. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for where and how many, who is at risk, what agencies recommend, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
