What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: mobile driver's license and state ID launches, expansions and acceptance rule changes by state with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet support; TSA digital ID acceptance additions by airport; Login.gov, ID.me and agency identity verification requirement changes and deadlines at IRS, SSA, VA, USCIS and state benefit portals; government app and portal launches, shutdowns and major redesigns; state age verification and digital ID laws with effective dates; outages, breaches and fraud alerts at government identity and benefit systems; and DHS REAL ID enforcement updates. Prefer state DMV, TSA, agency, Login.gov, ID.me, CISA and legislative sources; ignore third-party ID service marketing. Put the state or agency first in the title. Use high severity for a verification requirement with a deadline within 60 days, a breach or outage at a system serving over 1 million people, or a mobile ID launch in the member's state. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it affects, the date, what to do, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
