What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Track the real estate profession for US agents. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: NAR and MLS rule changes on commissions, compensation display, buyer representation agreements, clear cooperation and private listings with effective dates; state license renewal, CE and exam changes with deadlines; commission split, cap, franchise fee and revenue share changes at Compass, eXp, Keller Williams, RE/MAX, Coldwell Banker, Redfin, Zillow and other major brokerages; DOJ antitrust actions and class action developments; state real estate commission enforcement actions and fines; and agent count, membership and transaction data from NAR and major MLSs. Prefer NAR, MLS, state commission, brokerage, DOJ and court sources; ignore recruiting pitches. Put the rule or brokerage first in the title. Use high severity for a rule taking effect within 60 days, a split change over 5 points, or a license deadline within 30 days. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it affects, the date, what to update in forms or business practice, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
