A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: in-cabin and cargo pet policy, fee, breed, weight and carrier size changes at American, Delta, United, Southwest, JetBlue, Alaska, Frontier and Spirit; CDC dog import and re-entry rule changes and USDA APHIS export requirement changes; quarantine and pet passport changes for the EU, UK, Japan, Australia, Canada, Mexico and Hawaii; pet fee, policy and program changes at Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Kimpton, Airbnb and Vrbo; DOT service animal and emotional support animal rule changes; enforcement actions against pet shipping and relocation companies; and pet travel insurance coverage changes. Prefer airline, CDC, USDA, foreign government, hotel and DOT sources; ignore pet product marketing. Put the airline or country first in the title. Use high severity for an import rule taking effect within 60 days, an airline policy change that bans a breed or size, or a fee increase over $50. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, which pets and trips it affects, the date, what to do before travel, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
