What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: OTC hearing aid launches, price cuts of 20 percent or more and FDA actions; Costco, Sam's Club, Walmart, Warby Parker, Zenni and 1-800 Contacts price or policy changes; dental discount plan, dental insurance and dental school clinic changes; Medicaid and Medicare Advantage adult dental, vision and hearing benefit changes by state; contact lens and eyewear rules such as prescription release; recalls of dental, optical or hearing products; and manufacturer coupon or financing programs. Prefer FDA, CMS, state Medicaid agencies, retailer pages and established consumer-health reporting; ignore practice marketing and unverified reviews. Put the product, retailer or program first in the title and state the price or coverage change. Use high severity for a recall, a hearing aid price cut of $500 or more, or a state coverage expansion. Return no more than 5 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it affects, the cost, what to do, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
