A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: FDA warning letters, tainted product alerts, hidden-ingredient findings and recalls for vitamins, supplements, weight-loss, sexual enhancement, energy, sleep, sports nutrition and CBD products; independent test results from ConsumerLab, NSF, USP, the Clean Label Project and universities that find contamination or dosing failures; class actions and settlements over label claims with claims processes; FTC and state attorney general actions against brands and retailers; marketplace policy changes at Amazon, Walmart, GNC, Vitamin Shoppe and iHerb; and new labeling, ingredient and age-restriction rules. Prefer FDA, FTC, state agencies, testing organizations, court documents and established health reporting; ignore brand marketing and unverified influencer claims, and never give individual medical advice. Put the brand and product first in the title and state what was found. Use high severity for a hidden prescription drug, a heavy metal exceedance, or a recall with reported illness. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what was found, who is affected, what to do, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
