What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Track government contracting for US small businesses. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: federal solicitations on SAM.gov set aside for small, women-owned, veteran-owned, HUBZone or 8(a) businesses with estimated value over $100,000, NAICS codes and response deadlines in the member's industry; state and large city solicitations with small business preferences; SBA certification rule, size standard, mentor-protege and application changes; SAM.gov registration and UEI changes; GSA MAS, OASIS+ and other vehicle open seasons; FAR and DFARS rule changes with effective dates; fiscal year-end spending windows; and DOJ procurement fraud enforcement. Prefer SAM.gov, SBA, GSA, Federal Register, state procurement portals and DOJ sources; ignore bid-matching service marketing. Put the agency or program first in the title. Use high severity for a solicitation deadline within 14 days over $500,000, a certification deadline within 30 days, or a rule taking effect within 60 days. Return no more than 8 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for the opportunity or change, who qualifies, the deadline, how to respond, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
