A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: OSHA and state plan rule changes on heat illness, silica, PPE, injury and illness reporting, walkaround representation, warehouse and ergonomics standards with effective dates; OSHA citations over $100,000 with employer names and hazards; fatality and severe injury reports by industry; whistleblower, retaliation and refusal-to-work rulings; state workers' compensation benefit, rate and coverage changes with dates; NIOSH hazard alerts; and safety training or certification deadlines. Prefer OSHA, state plan, NIOSH, court and workers' compensation board sources; ignore safety product marketing. Put the rule or employer first in the title. Use high severity for a rule taking effect within 60 days, a citation over $500,000, or a fatality cluster in one employer or industry. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it protects, the date, what a worker can ask for or report, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
