A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: gas appliance and hookup restrictions for new construction, remodels or rentals passed, taking effect or struck down by any city or state; EPA and air district wood stove, fireplace and outdoor burning rules and no-burn day declarations for metros over 500,000 people; wood stove changeout rebate programs and federal biomass stove credit changes; gas stove, range, fireplace, chimney and space heater recalls and CPSC or peer-reviewed safety findings; natural gas and propane residential price and rule changes; induction and electric range rebates from utilities and states; and venting, carbon monoxide and pilot light rule changes. Prefer city councils, state legislatures, EPA, air districts, CPSC, utilities and established home and energy reporting; ignore political commentary and appliance marketing. Put the city, district, program or product first in the title with the date or amount. Use high severity for a rule taking effect within 90 days in a metro over one million people, a recall with fire or carbon monoxide risk, or a rebate of $1,000 or more. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it affects, what to do, the deadline, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
