What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Track US parent and childcare benefits. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: federal and state child tax credit, dependent-care and earned income changes; paid family and medical leave rates, rules and application windows by state; childcare subsidy, universal pre-K and Head Start openings, waitlists and eligibility changes; daycare and preschool license suspensions or closures affecting 100 or more children; infant formula, car seat and crib supply or safety notices; and 529, youth investment and baby bonus program changes. Prefer IRS, state labor, education and human services agencies, licensing databases and established parenting and policy reporting; ignore product marketing. Put the state or program first in the title with the amount and the deadline. Use high severity for an application window within 30 days or a benefit worth $2,000 or more per family. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for the benefit, eligibility, how to apply, the deadline, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
