Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: fireworks legality, sale windows, use hours, fine and burn ban changes by state and city; noise ordinance, quiet hours, decibel limit and amplified sound rule changes; leaf blower, construction and generator hour rules; pet limit, chicken, bee and livestock ordinance changes; yard sale, garage sale, food truck and street vending permit rule changes; short-term rental party and occupancy rules; holiday decoration and lighting rules; youth curfew and park hour changes; and enforcement changes and fine schedule updates, all in the 100 largest cities and their counties or statewide. Prefer city councils, county boards, state legislatures, fire marshals and established local reporting; ignore unverified complaints and rumors. Put the city or state first in the title with the rule, the fine and the effective date. Use high severity for a rule with fines of $250 or more taking effect within 30 days in a metro over one million people, or a fireworks rule change before July 4 or New Year's Eve. Return no more than 8 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it affects, what to do, the date, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
