What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Track US health coverage for individuals and families. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: federal and state marketplace enrollment windows, deadlines and special enrollment rules; premium and subsidy changes by state with dollar effects for a family of four earning $80,000; insurers exiting or entering state marketplaces; Medicaid and CHIP eligibility, work-requirement and renewal deadline changes by state; COBRA, short-term and association plan rule changes; marketplace outages or notice errors; and court rulings that change coverage. Prefer CMS, HealthCare.gov, state marketplaces and Medicaid agencies, insurer filings and KFF; ignore broker marketing. Put the state or program first in the title and state the deadline. Use high severity for a deadline within 21 days, a subsidy change over $100 a month, or an insurer exit. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it affects, the dollar effect, what to do, the deadline, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
