What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: regional average gas and diesel price moves of 10 cents or more with the cause; refinery, pipeline and hurricane-related supply disruptions likely to move prices; state gas tax changes; toll increases, new toll roads, express lane changes and cashless toll enforcement or fine changes; full closures or long-term construction on interstates and major bridges; rental car price surges, fee changes and toll-pass policy changes at Hertz, Avis, Enterprise, Budget, National and Turo; and holiday travel forecasts. Prefer AAA, EIA, GasBuddy, state DOTs and toll authorities, company pages and established local reporting; ignore unverified social posts. Put the state, corridor or company first in the title. Use high severity for a price move of 20 cents or more, a full interstate closure, or a toll increase over 10 percent. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it affects, what to do, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
