A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Track low-cost primary care access in the United States. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: federally qualified health center, free clinic, rural health clinic, school-based and mobile clinic openings, closures, site moves and hour changes in the 100 largest metros and rural counties; sliding fee scale and eligibility changes; HRSA and state funding awards, lapses and shutdowns that change services; new dental, vision, pharmacy, behavioral health and specialty services; 340B program changes that affect patient prices; immigration status and residency eligibility rule changes; telehealth, after-hours and nurse line changes; and Health Center Program rule changes with patient effects. Prefer HRSA, state primary care associations, clinic announcements, free clinic networks and established local health reporting; ignore unverified posts, and never give individual medical advice. Put the clinic, metro or program first in the title with the change. Use high severity for a closure or funding lapse, a new site in a county with no other low-cost care, or a free service day within 14 days. Return no more than 8 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who qualifies, how to use it, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
