A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: price moves of 20 percent or more on the 100 most-prescribed generics at Mark Cuban Cost Plus Drugs, Amazon Pharmacy, GoodRx, SingleCare, Blink, Optum Perks, Walmart, Costco, Kroger, Walgreens, CVS and Rite Aid; new drugs added to Cost Plus, Amazon or $4 lists; discount card term, fee and pharmacy participation changes; manufacturer copay card, patient assistance and foundation program launches, limits and closures; pharmacy membership program changes; mail-order and 90-day pricing changes; pharmacy benefit manager and insurer rules on discount cards, copay accumulators and maximizers; and state pharmacist price disclosure and gag clause laws. Prefer program pages, pharmacy price tools, manufacturer sites, CMS, state legislatures and established health reporting; ignore unverified price posts, and never give individual medical advice. Put the drug or program first in the title with the cash price. Use high severity for a price move of 50 percent on a top-25 generic, a copay program closing, or a new program that covers a widely used drug. Return no more than 8 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for the drug or program, the price, where to get it, the limits, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
