Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: thermostat rebate, enrollment bonus and demand response program openings, changes and deadlines at the 100 largest utilities with amounts and terms; demand response event rules, payments, opt-out terms and control incidents or complaints confirmed by the utility or a regulator; feature changes, subscription changes, outages over four hours and end-of-support at Nest, Ecobee, Honeywell Home, Amazon, Emerson Sensi, Mysa and Cielo; time-of-use, peak pricing and critical peak plan changes by utility; deals of 25 percent or more and rule changes for Emporia, Sense, Span and Lumin energy monitors and smart panels; EV charger, water heater and home battery demand programs; and state utility commission rules on utility control of home devices. Prefer utility program pages, state utility commissions, manufacturer announcements and established energy reporting; ignore installer marketing. Put the utility, program or device first in the title with the amount and the deadline. Use high severity for a bonus of $75 or more with an enrollment deadline within 30 days, a control incident, or an end-of-support affecting a widely installed model. Return no more than 6 findings.
