A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: state cosmetology, barber, esthetician and nail license, training hour, apprenticeship and reciprocity changes with effective dates; booth rental, independent contractor and commission rule changes from DOL and states; FDA MoCRA ingredient bans, labeling rules and recalls of professional products; booking, payment and marketing platform fee changes at Vagaro, GlossGenius, Booksy, Square Appointments and StyleSeat; sanitation, inspection and fine changes; beauty school closures and student loan forgiveness actions; and safety rules on lash adhesives, nail products, hair relaxers and extensions. Prefer state boards, DOL, FDA, CPSC, platform and Department of Education sources; ignore brand influencer content. Put the state or platform first in the title. Use high severity for a license deadline within 30 days, a product recall in active salon use, or a fee change over 2 percent. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it affects, the deadline, what to do, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
