Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: coverage, cap, service fee and exclusion changes at American Home Shield, Choice, First American, Cinch, Liberty, Select, HomeServe, Frontdoor and other major providers; state regulator, attorney general and BBB actions against warranty and service contract companies with findings; documented claim denial or delay patterns from regulator complaint data; manufacturer warranty policy changes at Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Whirlpool, GE and Samsung; utility line and water line protection plan rule changes; and class action settlements with claim deadlines. Prefer company terms pages, regulator releases, court filings and manufacturer warranty pages; ignore affiliate review sites. Put the company and the change first in the title. Use high severity for a cap cut over 25 percent, an enforcement action, or a claim deadline within 14 days. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it affects, the deadline, whether to cancel, switch or claim, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
