What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: state fertility coverage mandates and their effective dates; employer fertility benefit expansions at the 100 largest employers; IVF, IUI, egg-freezing and medication price or financing changes at major clinic networks and pharmacies; clinic, lab and embryo storage enforcement actions or incidents; contraception access, over-the-counter and price changes including FDA actions; maternity, doula and postpartum coverage changes in Medicaid and major insurers; and court rulings that change access or coverage by state. Prefer state insurance and health agencies, FDA, CMS, employer announcements, clinic notices and established health reporting; ignore fertility marketing and unverified claims, and never give individual medical advice. Put the state, clinic, employer or product first in the title. Use high severity for a mandate taking effect, a storage incident, or a coverage change affecting a national insurer. Return no more than 5 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it affects, the cost effect, what to do, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
