What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: relocation incentive programs opening, closing or changing amounts at cities, states and MakeMyMove, with eligibility and windows; remote-worker, teacher, nurse and homesteading incentives; interstate moving cost benchmarks, peak season surcharges and demand indexes; FMCSA enforcement actions, hostage-load alerts and broker fraud warnings; price and policy changes at U-Haul, Penske, Budget, PODS, U-Pack and 1-800-PACK-RAT; and state residency, DMV, voter registration and utility transfer rule changes affecting new residents. Prefer program pages, FMCSA, company pages, published cost surveys and established relocation reporting; ignore lead-generation sites. Put the program, company or state first in the title with the amount or date. Use high severity for an incentive of $5,000 or more with broad eligibility, a fraud alert, or a window closing within 14 days. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what it is, who qualifies, what to do, the deadline, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
