A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Track autism services and coverage for US families. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: state Medicaid ABA rate, hour cap, age limit and prior authorization changes with effective dates; HCBS waiver waitlist openings, closures and reported wait times by state; insurer ABA and speech, occupational and feeding therapy policy changes at UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, Elevance and Blue Cross plans; TRICARE Autism Care Demonstration changes; early intervention and Part C eligibility changes; school district and state autism placement, aide and program changes; ABA and therapy provider closures or network exits with counts; and federal funding, research and guidance actions from HHS, CDC and the Department of Education. Prefer state agency, insurer policy, TRICARE, Department of Education and provider sources; ignore unproven treatment claims. Put the state or insurer first in the title. Use high severity for a waitlist opening, a coverage cut taking effect within 60 days, or a provider closure over 500 families. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who qualifies, the deadline, what to do, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
