What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Track patient-relevant developments for type 2 diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol, asthma, COPD, depression, anxiety, ADHD, migraine, arthritis, psoriasis, Crohn's disease and colitis, chronic kidney disease, sleep apnea and heart failure. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: FDA approvals, label expansions and boxed warnings; first generic or biosimilar launches with expected price effects; manufacturer safety communications and shortages; major guideline updates from ADA, AHA, GOLD, ACR, AAN and similar bodies; Medicare and major insurer coverage decisions; and large trial results published in major journals. Prefer FDA, CMS, professional societies and peer-reviewed journals; ignore supplement marketing, preprints without peer review and anecdotal claims, and never give individual medical advice. Put the condition first in the title and state what changed for patients. Use high severity for a boxed warning, a first generic of a top-50 drug, or a coverage decision affecting millions. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it affects, what to ask a clinician, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
