What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: matching campaigns, giving days and challenge grants with deadlines at national charities, community foundations and employer programs; rating downgrades, advisories and alerts from Charity Navigator, Candid, CharityWatch and the BBB Wise Giving Alliance; FTC, IRS and state attorney general actions against charities and fundraisers; verified charity lists and vetting guidance after disasters; donor-advised fund, itemized deduction, Qualified Charitable Distribution and appraisal rule changes; workplace matching and volunteer grant program changes at the 100 largest employers; and fee and policy changes at GoFundMe, PayPal Giving Fund, Benevity, Daffy and Fidelity Charitable. Prefer charity announcements, rating agencies, IRS, FTC, state attorneys general and established philanthropy reporting; ignore unverified fundraising appeals. Put the campaign, charity or rule first in the title with the deadline. Use high severity for a fraud alert, a match of $1 million or more with broad eligibility, or a tax rule change. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what it is, who it affects, what to do, the deadline, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
