A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: NHTSA and CPSC recalls for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs and snowmobiles with models and counts; manufacturer incentives, financing offers and price changes at Harley-Davidson, Honda, Yamaha, Kawasaki, Suzuki, BMW, Ducati, KTM, Triumph, Indian, Polaris, Can-Am and Ski-Doo with end dates; new model announcements; state law changes on helmets, lane filtering, licensing, noise and OHV registration with effective dates; registration openings for Sturgis, Daytona, Laconia, Americade and major rallies; OHV area and trail openings and closures; and MSF and state rider training course availability. Prefer NHTSA, CPSC, manufacturer, state legislative, land agency and event sources; ignore dealer advertising. Put the brand or state first in the title. Use high severity for a recall with a do-not-ride notice, an incentive over $1,000 ending within 14 days, or a law taking effect within 30 days. Return no more than 8 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, which models or riders it affects, the deadline, what to do, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
