What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: small claims dollar limit, filing fee and procedure changes by state with effective dates; jury duty pay, excusal, postponement, remote service and employer protection rule changes; e-filing, remote hearing and virtual appearance rule changes at state and county courts; eviction, debt collection and garnishment court procedure changes; traffic court diversion, ticket dismissal and fine reduction programs; court fee waiver rule changes; and court closures, staffing shortages and backlogs affecting the 50 largest counties. Prefer judicial council, court administrator, legislative, county court and National Center for State Courts sources; ignore lawyer advertising. Put the state or court first in the title. Use high severity for a rule taking effect within 60 days, a small claims limit change, or a court closure. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it affects, the date, what to do, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
