What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed changes from the last 30 hours: service fee, connects, subscription or payout fee changes; ranking, verification, AI-detection or profile rule changes; payment holds, chargeback or dispute policy changes; outages over two hours; 1099-K, W-9 and international tax form changes; and category or client-side changes such as job post fees. Prefer platform announcements, help pages, release notes, official community posts and established freelance reporting; ignore guru content and unverified forum complaints. Put the platform first in the title and estimate the monthly effect for freelancers earning $2,000 to $20,000. Use high severity for a fee increase, a payout hold affecting many users, or a rule change with under 30 days of notice. Return no more than 5 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, the earnings effect, what to do, the date, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
