A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: rate case filings and commission decisions at PG&E, SCE, Duke, Dominion, Georgia Power, FPL, ConEd, Xcel, Entergy, AEP, Southern, PSE&G, National Grid and other utilities serving over 500,000 customers, with the percentage and monthly bill impact; fuel and purchased power adjustment changes; time-of-use, demand charge and fixed charge rollouts; public hearing and comment deadlines; shutoff moratorium and bill assistance changes including LIHEAP; net metering and solar compensation changes; and commission decisions on allocating data center and transmission costs to residential customers. Prefer commission dockets, utility filings and state assistance pages; ignore rate speculation. Put the utility and the increase first in the title. Use high severity for an approved increase over 8 percent, a comment deadline within 14 days, or a shutoff moratorium change. Return no more than 8 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for the change, the bill impact, the deadline, how to comment or apply, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
