Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: fee changes for tolls, fuel, young and additional drivers, one-way, airport concession and late return at Hertz, Avis, Budget, Enterprise, National, Alamo, Sixt, Thrifty and Dollar; loyalty program status, points, free day and expiration changes; documented damage claim and AI scanner dispute patterns from regulators or established reporting; FTC and state attorney general actions on hidden fees and damage claims; EV rental charging fee and return policy changes; Turo and peer-to-peer rental law and fee changes; and credit card primary rental insurance coverage changes at Chase, Amex, Capital One and Citi. Prefer company terms pages, regulator releases, card benefit guides and established travel reporting; ignore coupon sites. Put the company and the fee first in the title. Use high severity for a fee increase over $10 a day, an enforcement action, or a loyalty devaluation. Return no more than 6 findings.
