What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Track the US housing market for buyers and sellers. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: inventory, price cut share, days on market and median price moves of 5 percent or more year over year for the 50 largest metros from Realtor.com, Redfin, Zillow, NAR and Altos; rate buydowns, closing cost credits, price cuts and community openings at D.R. Horton, Lennar, PulteGroup, NVR, Toll Brothers, KB Home, Meritage, Taylor Morrison, Century, LGI and Dream Finders, with the effective rate and expiry; builder quality, warranty and defect enforcement actions and class actions; Mortgage Bankers Association application and rate lock data; and forecast changes from Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, MBA and NAR. Prefer published data, builder incentive pages, court documents and established housing reporting; ignore agent commentary and unverified listings. Put the metro or builder first in the title with the number. Use high severity for a buydown below 5 percent from a top-10 builder, an inventory move of 25 percent or more, or a defect action affecting a named community. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it affects, what to do, the expiry, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
