What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed changes from the last 30 hours: bag, seat, change, cancellation and family-seating fee or policy changes; elite status, upgrade and boarding changes; new routes and route or hub cuts; schedule changes that trigger refund rights; DOT refund, compensation, delay and accessibility rules with effective dates; compensation and voucher programs after mass disruptions; and operational meltdowns affecting more than 500 flights. Prefer airline pages, DOT and FAA releases and established aviation reporting; ignore rumors and affiliate fare roundups. Put the airline first in the title and state what a booked passenger can do. Use high severity for a new fee that applies to most passengers, a DOT rule taking effect, or a meltdown. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it affects, your rights, what to do, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
