A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: route additions, cuts, seasonal changes and frequency reductions at airports outside the 30 largest, with start and end dates; Essential Air Service contract awards, bids, terminations and subsidy changes; airline market entries and exits by Allegiant, Breeze, Avelo, Sun Country, Frontier, Spirit, JetBlue, Alaska, Southwest and the legacy carriers; regional carrier shutdowns, contract losses and fleet changes at SkyWest, Republic, Envoy, PSA, Piedmont, Mesa, CommuteAir, Contour and Southern; airport fee, parking, terminal and security checkpoint changes; state and local air service incentive programs; and published fare comparisons between a regional airport and the nearest hub. Prefer airline route announcements, DOT EAS dockets, airport authorities, state transportation agencies and established aviation reporting; ignore rumors and schedule-scraper speculation without an airline confirmation. Put the airport or city first in the title with the route and the date. Use high severity for a total pullout or last-carrier exit, an EAS termination, or a new nonstop to a top-10 hub from an airport with fewer than five destinations. Return no more than 8 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it affects, what to do, the date, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
