What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: license suspensions, revocations, emergency closures and serious violation findings at child care centers and homes published by state licensing agencies, named by state and provider; closures, bankruptcies, openings, tuition increases and enrollment policy changes at KinderCare, Bright Horizons, Learning Care Group, Primrose, Goddard, The Learning Experience, Cadence, Kids 'R' Kids and other chains with 50 or more locations; ratio, staffing, training and licensing rule changes by state; background check, abuse reporting and camera rule changes; safe sleep, transportation and medication violation findings; new or expanded state licensing search tools and quality rating systems; and federal CCDBG rule changes affecting parents. Prefer state licensing agencies, HHS, provider announcements, court documents and established local reporting; ignore unverified reviews and rumors. Put the state or provider first in the title with the action and the date. Use high severity for a license revocation or emergency closure, a chain closure affecting 20 or more locations, or a substantiated abuse or neglect finding. Return no more than 8 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what happened, who is affected, what to do, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
