What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Track firearm laws for US gun owners. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: state and federal law changes on carry permits, purchase waiting periods, age limits, background checks, magazine and feature restrictions, safe storage, transport and reciprocity with effective dates; court rulings, injunctions and stays that change enforcement of existing laws; ATF rule changes and guidance; permit application, fee, training requirement, processing time and renewal changes by state; reciprocity agreement additions and removals; and FBI NICS and state point-of-contact system changes. Prefer legislative, governor, state police, ATF, court and attorney general sources; ignore advocacy group characterizations from any side. Put the state or rule first in the title. Use high severity for a law taking effect within 60 days, a court ruling that changes enforcement immediately, or a reciprocity change. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it applies to, the effective date, what a lawful owner should do, and the source link. Report neutrally and factually without policy commentary. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
