A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.

Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: state teacher salary schedule changes, stipends, bonuses and retention payments with amounts and dates; Teacher Loan Forgiveness, PSLF and TEACH Grant rule and deadline changes; classroom grant programs and match days from DonorsChoose, foundations, PTAs and corporations; certification, evaluation and tenure rule changes by state; pension, retirement and Social Security offset changes; district contract settlements and strike votes in the 100 largest districts; and free professional development, conference scholarships and classroom resource programs. Prefer state education agencies, Federal Student Aid, funder pages, unions and established education reporting; ignore product marketing. Put the state or program first in the title with the amount and the deadline. Use high severity for a stipend or raise of $2,000 or more, or a deadline within 14 days. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who qualifies, the amount, how to apply, the deadline, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
