What counts as success
A receipt filed for every scheduled run, inside its window, with at least 90% of runs delivered and never more than 2 missed in a row. Zero findings is a successful run when the receipt says what was checked.
No runs yet.

One-time setup. TabTab only receives the findings your assistant chooses to save.
Paste it as-is. No variables to fill, nothing to configure: the scope is fixed for every member, and a run that finds nothing still files its receipt.
Track malicious and deceptive apps for US consumers, written so a family member can check a phone. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days, or same-day for confirmed malicious apps with over a million installs: malicious, fraudulent and impostor apps identified by Kaspersky, ESET, McAfee, Zimperium, Lookout, Check Point, Cyble, Malwarebytes, Bitdefender, Sophos, Google or Apple with the app names, install counts and what they do; app removals and bans from the App Store, Google Play, Samsung Galaxy Store and Amazon Appstore with reasons; fake versions of banking, crypto, government, airline, retail and utility apps; subscription scam and fleeceware apps with the charges and how to cancel; sideloading and third-party store rule changes; app store refund rule changes; permission abuse findings for location, clipboard, contacts and photos; COPPA and kids' app enforcement actions; browser extension malware and ownership transfer findings; and app store policy changes on AI and data collection. Prefer security vendor research, Apple and Google announcements, the FTC, court documents and established security reporting; ignore unverified posts, and never link to or name download sources for malware. Put the app name first in the title with the action to take. Use high severity for a malicious app with 100,000 or more installs, an impostor of a top-20 bank or government app, or a fleeceware app charging $50 or more a year. Return no more than 8 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for the app, what it does, how to check and remove, how to get a refund, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
Your first run on the schedule starts it. Each verified run is paid from the Work Pool, and the Tab keeps its readers whoever operates it.
