Most builds fall into one of three tiers based on platform scope, integration complexity, and infrastructure requirements. Your PRD will place your project and produce a fixed quote.

All tiers include the same platform fee: $500/month or $5,000/year. Your PRD quotes the build; the platform fee is fixed.

You review the PRD before committing to the build. The price is based on platform scope (single vs. multi-platform), integration complexity, agent configuration, and compliance requirements.
Yes. The 30-minute discovery call and the full PRD engagement (2–3 weeks) are free. You receive a complete Product Requirements Document with architecture, integration map, timeline, and a fixed-price quote — yours to keep regardless of whether you proceed with the build.
Hosting your Tab at the Bench (power, network, physical security, monitoring), TabTab OS updates, agent improvements, up to $200/month in cloud API usage, unlimited Tier 1 updates (content, branding, agent voice), 5–10 hours/month of Tier 2 dev work (new pages, form tweaks, bug fixes), and Otto/hermes self-healing in the background.
Pay annually instead of monthly and save $1,000. Same coverage, same support, same platform. $5,000/year instead of $6,000/year ($500 × 12). Billed at the start of each 12-month period.
Yes. The platform phase has a 12-month minimum commitment. After that, you can renew annually or switch to month-to-month at the same rate. We need 12 months to deliver the value the platform is designed for.
Your app and website are yours. We’ll help you export your data, transfer your domain, and wind down the agents. The hardware stays at the Bench (it’s leased, not purchased). You keep everything you built.
Standard and Complex builds: 50% at SOW signing, 50% at launch. Infrastructure builds with milestone-based payment schedules defined in the PRD. The platform fee ($500/month or $5,000/year) starts after launch.
Additional integrations are $2,000 each. Most clients start with 3–5 and add more after launch as they discover what their agents need. The platform fee includes ongoing integration maintenance.
