Share everything you know. Competitors, workflows, edge cases, customer language.

Our role

Record, transcribe, embed into the knowledge vault. Configure agent personalities.

Weeks 3–6
4 weeks

Build Phase 1

  • ·Core app and website scaffolded on TabTab OS.
  • ·Primary integrations connected and tested.
  • ·First batch of agents deployed to your dashboard.
Your role

Available for async questions. Review checkpoint at week 6.

Build, integrate, deploy. Daily commits, weekly summaries.

Weeks 7–10
4 weeks

Build Phase 2

  • ·Feedback from review checkpoint incorporated.
  • ·Secondary features, remaining integrations, polish.
  • ·50+ agents fully configured and running.
Your role

Review, flag issues, confirm direction. Second checkpoint at week 10.

Iterate, refine, stress-test. Prepare for launch.

Launch

  • ·Final QA across all features and integrations.
  • ·App Store submission handled (iOS).
  • ·DNS configuration, production deployment, SSL.
  • ·3-hour live training session on the dashboard.

Join the training. Start using the dashboard.

Our role

Deploy, configure DNS, submit to App Store, run final checks.

DELIVERABLE:Live product, trained operator, running agents

Month 4+
Ongoing

Run

  • ·Your business runs on TabTab OS. 50+ agents handle marketing, sales, support, and ops.
  • ·Tech Lead agent monitors performance in your dashboard.
  • ·Otto/hermes self-healing runs in the background.
  • ·Quarterly check-ins to review performance and adjust.
Your role

Operate your business. Use the dashboard. Make decisions.

Our role

Platform maintenance, agent updates, hosting, support.

DELIVERABLE:$500/month platform fee (or $5,000/year)
03 Review Checkpoints

Two moments to course-correct.

You’re never more than 4 weeks from seeing working software and giving feedback. If something’s off, we catch it early.

Week 6

Review Checkpoint 1

Working prototype with core features. You review, we adjust. No surprises.

Week 10

Review Checkpoint 2

Production-ready build. Final feedback before launch prep begins.
