01— The Offer

The platform founders use to ship their first venture.

Every project is different. We start with a Product Requirements Document — a real spec that defines your build’s scope, architecture, and fixed-price quote. Then we build it, deploy it, and run it on TabTab OS with 50+ AI agents handling marketing, sales, support, and ops.

02 How We Scope

Most agencies quote first. We scope first.

Custom software has no fixed price — every build has different scope, integrations, and complexity. Premating a price is how dev shops underdeliver. We start with a Product Requirements Document that defines exactly what you’re getting before a dollar is committed.

The PRD engagement is free. Two to three weeks of discovery, requirements mapping, architecture reviews, integration scoping, and business process design.

At the end, you have a Product Requirements Document that defines exactly what’s being built, how long it will take, and exactly what it costs. You’re free to walk away — the PRD is a standalone spec you own. Yours to keep, even if you don’t proceed.

“Discovery is the engagement. The build is the execution. Quoting the build before discovery is how clients get burned.”
