State liquor control lotteries and allocation drops with entry windows, distillery and winery limited releases with times and quantities, price increases and secondary market moves, retailer allocation policy changes, shipping and direct-to-consumer law changes by state and counterfeit alerts, with the bottle or state first, for adults of legal drinking age.
A Pennsylvania or Virginia lottery entry for a bottle worth three times its shelf price, a distillery release or a shipping law change that opens a state is real value once a year, and the Tab does not need to win to pay for itself.

Track whisky and wine allocation for adults of legal drinking age in the United States. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: state control board lotteries, allocation drops and entry windows in Pennsylvania, Virginia, North Carolina, Ohio, Oregon, Utah, Michigan, New Hampshire, Alabama and Idaho; distillery and winery limited releases with dates, times, quantities and prices from Buffalo Trace, Heaven Hill, Beam, Sazerac, Brown-Forman, Diageo, Pernod, Suntory, Kentucky and Scotch independents and Napa and Sonoma mailing lists; retailer raffle and allocation policy changes at Total Wine, Costco and major chains; price increases with dates; secondary market moves of 15 percent or more; direct-to-consumer shipping law changes by state; recalls and counterfeit alerts; and tariff changes affecting imports. Prefer control board sites, producer announcements, state legislatures and established spirits and wine reporting; ignore unverified secondary listings, and never encourage excessive consumption. Put the bottle, producer or state first in the title with the window. Use high severity for a lottery closing within 72 hours, a release under 5,000 bottles, or a shipping law change. Return no more than 8 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what is available, how to enter or buy, the price, the deadline, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
