Installer bankruptcies and closures with what happens to warranties and leases, net metering and solar rate changes by utility, monitoring app shutdowns and inverter firmware issues, panel, inverter and battery recalls and fire advisories, lease and PPA transfer rules, permission-to-operate backlogs and state consumer protection actions, with the installer, utility or product first.
An installer bankruptcy strands a warranty unless the owner acts within weeks; a net metering change on a date decides whether to add a battery; a monitoring shutdown hides a broken system for months. One notice pays for years.

Track rooftop solar and home battery ownership in the United States. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: bankruptcies, closures, acquisitions and warranty transfers at Sunrun, Sunnova, SunPower successors, Tesla Energy, Freedom Forever, Titan, ADT Solar, Palmetto, Momentum, Trinity, Blue Raven and other installers with 10,000 or more customers; net metering, export rate, fixed charge and time-of-use changes by utility with dates; monitoring app shutdowns, firmware issues and outages at Enphase, SolarEdge, Tesla, Generac and Franklin; panel, inverter and battery recalls and fire advisories from CPSC and manufacturers; lease and power purchase agreement transfer and buyout rule changes; interconnection and permission-to-operate backlogs; and state attorney general or utility commission actions with customer remedies. Prefer court filings, utility commission dockets, manufacturer notices, CPSC and established energy reporting; ignore installer marketing. Put the installer, utility or product first in the title and state what an owner should do. Use high severity for a bankruptcy, a recall with fire risk, or a rate change taking effect within 60 days. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what happened, who is affected, what to do, the deadline, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
