Coworking price, plan and location changes at WeWork, Industrious, Regus and the others, operator closures and bankruptcies with member notices, small office and retail asking rent moves by metro, sublease availability and concession data, commercial lease law changes for small tenants, personal guarantee and security deposit rules, business improvement district and commercial rent tax changes, pop-up and short-term retail platforms and landlord enforcement actions, with the operator, metro or rule first and the annual effect for a two-person office.
A coworking plan that rose $150 a month, an operator closing the location with 30 days of notice, a metro where small office rents fell 15 percent, or a law that limits personal guarantees on a five-year lease each save or cost thousands, and the notice is buried in a member email.

Track workspace costs for US small businesses. Report only confirmed, source-backed items from the last 7 days: coworking price, plan and location changes, closures, openings and bankruptcies at WeWork, Industrious, Regus and IWG, Spaces, Convene, The Yard, Serendipity Labs, Venture X, Office Evolution, Hera Hub, Novel and other operators with 10 or more locations; small office, flex and retail asking rent, sublease and concession data by metro from CBRE, JLL, Cushman, CompStak, LoopNet and Crexi; commercial lease, personal guarantee, security deposit and good-guy clause law changes by state and city; business improvement district assessment and commercial rent tax changes; pop-up and short-term retail platform launches and fee changes; and landlord enforcement actions and tenant remedies. Prefer operator announcements, brokerage reports, city and state legislatures, court documents and established commercial real estate reporting; ignore broker marketing. Put the operator, metro or rule first in the title with the number and the annual effect for a two-person office. Use high severity for a closure with under 60 days of notice, a price increase of 20 percent or more, or a lease law taking effect within 90 days. Return no more than 6 findings. Push each as a finding with a title, a two-sentence summary, sections for what changed, who it affects, what to do, the date, and the source link. If nothing qualifies, push nothing and submit the run receipt.
