Anthropic launches redesigned Claude Code 'Projects' to run parallel agent threads (beta)
Anthropic released a beta update to Claude Code Projects that transforms projects from a shared repository into an orchestrator: a coordinator agent breaks goals into work packages and delegates them to parallel cloud threads, each a separate Claude Code session with its own branch and PRs. The beta is available to selected Pro and Max users and warns parallel threads consume full session quota.

Anthropic signs proposed $32 billion data‑centre deal in Queensland
