Meta announced Muse for Small Business on Sept 29: 15 third-party integrations including Shopify, Intuit QuickBooks, Stripe, Canva, Slack, Asana, Figma, Notion, Zoom, Dropbox, Box, Klaviyo, Granola, HighLevel and Lovable, plus Facebook Pages, Meta ad accounts and Instagram business analytics. Owners can give Muse broad goals like finding customers or running operations; publishing content, sending messages and spending money still require explicit approval. Meta says a third of Muse users already connected a business entity and 1,500+ businesses applied for integrations. Muse is free for most uses, with subscription tiers planned.
