Meta launches Spaces
- Spaces are topic-specific breakout conversations that live in the Muse sidebar
- Clicking a Space reopens that project's conversation, where Muse keeps working toward the goal
- Meta calls them "custom experiences" built around a single topic
- Describe an idea in chat and Muse builds the space: a tracker, planner or project board
- Examples Meta gives: a vacation plan, a holiday gift tracker, a wedding planner, DIY projects
- Spaces can be edited later and reused as a regular entry point
- Connect the apps you use and spaces update in the background
- New concert dates, price changes or savings progress surface without a follow-up prompt
- Zuckerberg posted he has made a BBQ game, an event tracker and a home control dashboard
- Spaces launched November 6 in all regions where Muse is offered
- It is the second new Muse feature this week, after Muse Voice on November 5
- Muse passed 10 million users in the US and Canada within about six weeks of launch
