Paulson Adebo was placed on Reserve/Injured on Sept. 18 and will miss at least four games.
The Giants signed CB Nikko Reed from the Los Angeles Chargers' practice squad to the active roster the same day.
The transaction was announced by the Giants' official site and added to the team's transaction tracker.
Adebo played 10 defensive snaps and eight special-teams snaps in Week 1 before landing on the Week 2 injury report with a knee issue.
Reed (5-10, 180) appeared in five games as an undrafted rookie for the Chargers in 2025, mainly on special teams.
The move comes as the Giants travel to Los Angeles for Monday Night Football against the Rams.
