up to $12.50
As stated when published. The offer's own page has the final word.
Dr. Squatch agreed to a $9M settlement over claims it marketed soaps, shampoos, deodorants, and other personal care products as 'natural' while they contained synthetic ingredients. Dr. Squatch denies wrongdoing. The per-unit amount adjusts pro rata in both directions, so a light claim rate raises it. One claim form per household.
