Open enrollment on HealthCare.gov runs November 1, 2026 through January 15, 2027. State exchanges set their own windows; New Jersey's runs November 1, 2026 to January 31, 2027 for on- and off-exchange plans.
CMS says the lowest-cost catastrophic plan averages nearly 10% less than the next lowest-cost plan at other levels. These plans include co-pay-free preventive care and pre-existing condition protections.
